Role Summary and Purpose

You will drive the production release of both RF and power products that utilize this innovative MEMS ohmic switch technology.  In this role, you will be the lead engineer ensuring technical attainment of all qualification requirements and a timely release to production.  You will be a core member of the New Product Introduction Team (NPI) and work across the entire company organization. You will directly impact critical roadmaps and support new technology developments. Projects will encompass characterization, packaging, thermal / mechanical considerations, assembly, test strategy, test software and hardware development, data analysis, reliability testing, root cause problem solving, and technical dispositioning.
